If you’re birthing in NZ, most units or hospitals provide nappies, wipes, creams, and other essentials. If you’d like to use your own, just pack a small supply.
There’s no such thing as overpacking! If you’d rather play it safe and bring plenty, go for it. Don’t feel pressured—pack what feels right for you, and check in with your midwife if you’re unsure.
